Fuel the Fire Within: Happy New Year!

We are so grateful you're here!

Welcome to 2026!

As we step into a new year, each member of our SoulFire team has chosen a guiding word, intention, or affirmation to anchor them. These aren’t resolutions rooted in pressure, but commitments to alignment, courage, and clarity. We invite you to read them, and maybe choose your own:

Mariah:

Intentionality is my word for 2026 because I'm done living on autopilot and reacting to what life hands me. This year is about choosing, on purpose, how I spend my time, where I place my energy, and who I become in the process.

Cristina:

My 2026 word of the year is Abide. I'm focusing on staying present and connected, trusting that faithfulness in the small, everyday moments will lead to steady growth over time.

Holly:

In 2026, I trust the unfolding of my life, even when the path isn't fully visible. I choose radical honesty with myself and others, knowing that the truth is the doorway to freedom, alignment, and deeper connection.

Alex:

I am focusing on the word Build for 2026! After focusing on Consistency in 2025, this new year is about building confidence, healing, faith, health, stability, and the life I’m called to live with intention.

Did you know SoulFire also partners with organizations?

As we enter a new year, many leaders are rethinking how they support their teams, reduce burnout, and build cultures that last.

Beyond coaching and community, SoulFire works with organizations through leadership training, executive coaching, operational efficiency strategies, and culture-building programs designed to support both people and performance.

If this season feels like the right time to invest in stronger leadership and a healthier workplace, we’d love to start that conversation.

Events in 2026: We are already planning several SoulFire events for 2026 that will bring our work to life in rooms, circles, and conversations that matter. Keep an eye out for more details coming soon!

Connect with Us on Social Media: Follow along on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to stay inspired, join the conversation, learn about events and podcast episodes, and be part of our growing community. Invite a friend, or two, who would love being a part of this community!

You can find a link to each of these platforms at the bottom of this newsletter.

Hey Reader! We are so glad you are here! Soul on Fire Spotlight: Jill Wesbecher This month, we’re celebrating Jill Wesbecher, a woman whose fifty years in retail management, and lifelong commitment to people, show us that leadership isn’t confined to titles or offices. It lives in the everyday moments. Jill learned early, growing up on a farm, that hard work and smart thinking go hand in hand. Those lessons shaped her career, including a defining moment in 1995 when a Sam’s Club member...

Hey Reader! We are so grateful you are here! Celebrating One Year of SoulFire Last Monday, we gathered with friends to celebrate one year of The SoulFire Collective. What began as a spark born from a season of uncertainty has grown into something far greater than we could have imagined. Over the past year, SoulFire has become a place for meaningful conversations, personal growth, community events, storytelling, coaching, and connection. Most importantly, it has become a collective of people...

Hey Reader! We are so glad you are here! Sparks of Clarity: The Slow Reveal By Amy Thompson As I was finally finishing a puzzle my husband gave me over a year ago, I slowly realized that life is often like a puzzle. (Yes, it took me more than a year to complete the entire puzzle and to be honest a few pieces are still missing having been lost along the way.) So many life lessons were revealed as the picture slowly emerged. Just starting, even if it was overwhelming, was critical. How many...
